Catherine Daley

Catherine Daley's quest for physical well-being was first inspired by her father's passion for fitness. As a little girl, she would work out with him while watching Jack LaLanne on television. Later, she ran cross-country track in school and swam competitively during her summers. As an adult, she studied Flamenco dance for 10 years. After sustaining neck and back injuries, Catherine pursued healing and found pilates allowed her to live pain-free. She has a certificate in both pilates mat and in pilates equipment. She has been a 13-year practitioner and trained with pilates instructors Sarah George Johnson, Monica Anderson and pilates instructor/physical therapist Kathy McConnell before pursuing her study of pilates. Formerly a photojournalist for 10 years, Catherine paints, does fine art photography and sculpture. Catherine has a bright and beautiful teenage daughter who shares her love of the arts and personal fitness.
