Fernanda Duncan
Fernanda moved from Brazil when she was 19 years old. She always wanted to dance but growing up in Brazil her mother could never afford dance lessons. She is now a registered dental Hygienist after attending the SRJC program and graduating in 2005. Fernanda started coming to Tone because of back problems and was recommended to do pilates. She met Alyson in a Jazz dance class here at Tone – her first dance class ever!!!! When she met Monica and started Hip Hop, Monica taught her about listening to the music and feeling the beat. Zumba just makes Fernanda happy. She loves the energy the people share. The Tone family inspired her to let go of my inhibitions and insecurities and just move with the beat of the music.
