For the past 25 years, Loni Behler's passion was soccer, but for the past 2 years she has been competing in triathlons and loving road biking! She is a certified ACE Personal Trainer and has been practicing Pilates for the past 6 years. She continues to be a student of Paul Chek, Monica Anderson, Greg Roskopf, Marie Jose Blum, Ron Fletcher, Sarah George-Johnson, Rael Isacovitz and others. She is a busy mom of two wonderful teenage boys. She wants everyone to enjoy the outdoors. So get out and walk, jog, dance, run, swim, paddle and bike. See where it takes you!
