To begin Pilates Mat or Ball classes we now offer a 2-for-1 Fundamentals class. Join us either at 10:10am on Saturdays or 5:10pm on Tuesdays. In the first hour, you will learn the basic terms and techniques of Pilates. Stay for the second hour and practice the techniques that you just learned in a Beginning Pilates Mat class. Take both classes for the price of one.

Bodeci Workout with Debra Devincenzi

The BODECI workout is a fusion of Pilates, yoga and creative movement that incorporates free weights, resistance bands and/ or the Magic Circle for an intense fifty-five minute workout. Her classes include cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance training with a focus on core, flexibility, balance and coordination. Bringing one set of free weights optional, but encouraged - 3 to 8 lbs depending on level.

Boot Camp

Boot camp workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. Beginner? Exercises are modified for beginners, but you'll still burn lots of calories. Advanced? You'll work your entire body - heart and muscles - with intensity and without resting.

Glider Class

Join Sherrese for a kick booty Pilates Mat Class incorporating the Gliding™ sliding disc exercise system. The discs allow for smooth, fluid, graceful movements. You will work upper body and legs while engaging core stabilization throughout the range of motion. Come experience the variety of exercises this system allows. This class is best suited for those who would like to add a challenge to their Pilates mat workout. To participate, the clients must have taken at least 10 mat classes.

Hip Hop with Monica and Nickie

Join Monica and Nickie for this fun, funky, and energizing class for all levels to explore the "getting down". The Monday and Thursday evening classes will introduce choreography and will be aerobic. Please be prepared to sweat and have a great time!

Interval Core

Would you like to add more intensity to your mat workouts? Do you want to push yourself outside your normal fitness limits? Interval training is a safe and effective way to accomplish these goals. Interval training involves periods of high intensity activity followed by short periods of rest designed to improve general fitness. Interval Core is an energizing mat class that will use internal training with Pilates exercises to challenge core endurance and increase total body strength.

Introduction to Yoga

Join Jenn for this 8 week series that will introduce you to all aspects of a yoga practice. From setting up your mat, to breathwork, to poses, Jenn will gently guide you in forming your own yoga practice. Ease yourself into Yoga in a lovely space with a compassionate teacher.

Meditative Chi Gong

Chi Gong is a form of exercise designed to tonify and energize the body. We will be doing a gentle form of Chi Gong suitable for any level of health. (Chairs will be available for people who do not wish to stand for a full hour.) In addition, we will be doing some self-acupressure which will complement the Chi Gong movements. In each session, we will move from more active forms to more meditative forms.

Pilates Deep Stretch Class

A pilates mat class fused with deep yoga stretching, bringing length to the muscles. A great addition to deepen your Pilates practice. Focusing on spinal mobility, and improving overall flexibility. Each class will end with a relaxing restorative stretch.

Pilates Mat or Ball Class

A series of safe floor exercises based on the Pilates method. These include correct spine and pelvis alignment, breathing, concentration, core strength/flexibility and relaxation through efficient muscle usage. Ball classes utilize the FitBall and the BOSU. BOSU™ is an acronym for "both sides up". The BOSU® Balance Trainer is a half ball with a platform side and a dome shape side. You can perform movement on both sides, either standing, sitting, kneeling or on arms.

PreNatal Yoga

Please join Maggie for this gentle yoga class that will incorporate some pilates movements to teach you a great way to stay in shape during your pregnancy. Use this practice to keep you flexible, tone your muscles, and improve your balance and circulation.

Yoga

Yoga/Pilates Power Fusion

This class is a blend of both Pilates and yoga to bring to your workout the best of both worlds. With deep concentration on strengthening the core and back. This class would be best suited for the intermediate student. With groovy tunes to to keep the pace, creating a fun flowing workout to begin your day.

Zumba

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
