Ananda Yoga - Join Dinndayal Morgan for Ananda Yoga®. This yoga class is designed to integrate and harmonize all levels of your being: physical, mental, and spiritual. Above all, it seeks to raise your level of consciousness by reinforcing the natural effects of certain special bodily positions (the yoga postures) on your state of consciousness. Ananda Yoga is a classical approach that includes:

Bodeci Workout - The BODECI workout is a fusion of Pilates, yoga and creative movement that incorporates free weights, resistance bands and/ or the Magic Circle for an intense fifty-five minute workout. Her classes include cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance training with a focus on core, flexibility, balance and coordination. Boot Camp - Boot camp workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. Beginner? Exercises are modified for beginners, but you'll still burn lots of calories. Advanced? You'll work your entirebody - heart and muscles - with intensity and without resting.

Cardio Kickboxing - Join Jo Henkle for this full body workout. This class is a definite calorie burner! You can adapt the impact to suite your particular physical needs with easy to follow routines (no choreography to learn). Glider Class - Join Sherrese for a kick booty Pilates Mat Class incorporating the Gliding™ sliding disc exercise system. The discs allow for smooth, fluid, graceful movements. You will work upper body and legs while engaging core stabilization throughout the range of motion. Come experience the variety of exercises this system allows. Hatha Yoga - Yoga is union of mind, body, and spirit. Join Monica for this morning practice that begins with a brief meditation, progressing to variations of Sun Salutations and instruction of asana based on the Iyengar method utilizing props to feel the alignment of the postures (asanas). This asana practice is appropriate for all levels. It is a wonderful way to start your day.

Latin Hustle - The couple dance form of hustle is usually called New York Hustle or Latin Hustle. It has some resemblance to, and steps in common with, swing and salsa dancing. As in the Latin dances, couples tend to move within a "spot" on the dance floor, as opposed to following a line of dance as in foxtrot, or as opposed to tracking within a slot as in West Coast Swing or LA Hustle. Today it mostly refers to a unique partner dance done in ballrooms and nightclubs. This is one of Sergia and Alethia’s all time favorite dances and they would like to share it with you!!! Meditative Chi Gong - Chi Gong is a form of exercise designed to tonify and energize the body. We will be doing a gentle form of Chi Gong suitable for any level of health. (Chairs will be available for people who do not wish to stand for a full hour.) In addition, we will be doing some self-acupressure which will complement the Chi Gong movements. Universal Yoga - The mixture of poses that Katie teaches come from dance, yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. These poses come together to form a spontaneous yoga practice called Universal Yoga (originator; Andrey Lappa). In one class we may focus on long-held poses and inversions, in another we may practice vinyasa. The idea is to learn as many tools as we can to keep the body healthy so that the mind and spirit can evolve.
