Weekly, biweekly or monthly check-in sessions can be just what you need to keep you on track and focused on your nutrition goals!
WHAT WILL WE TALK ABOUT?
During your initial consultation, Jennifer will ask you about your goals, objectives, and any issues that you may want to address nutritionally. She’ll review your medical history, including any medications and supplements you take. She’ll delve into your lifestyle to get a sense of your stress levels, sleep patterns, energy levels, exercise, and gastrointestinal function. You can help Jennifer by keeping a food diary for 1-3 days prior to your appointment. With that guidance, she can begin to discuss your dietary preferences and cooking habits, and identify trouble spots, like skipping breakfast or late-night snacking. From there, she will give you some initial pointers to help you start eating healthier.
Follow-up sessions will consist of reviewing your initial goals and progress, as well as establishing some next steps and new goals to tackle.
