Session Descriptions
Introduce yourself to private Pilates sessions at Tone by taking an Introductory Private Session to be scheduled at your time availability. The Introductory Private Session is a 55 minute private session where you and your teacher discuss your goals and individual needs while getting a hands-on demonstration of Pilates.
After your introductory session, try the New Client Special - 5 private sessions. A great value and a teriffic foundation on which to build your Pilates program. You are also welcome to take any beginning level mat class after your introductory session.
The next step is really to be determined by you and your teacher. Here are the five options of which can be combined in a variety of ways to suit your needs:
- Private Sessions - continue the one-on-one trainer/client sessions.
- Semi-Private Sessions - this is when two clients of the same level are paired together to work with one trainer.
- Reformer Groups - this is a group of three clients working with one trainer. A certain level of Pilates training experience is required and these classes are offered only in five-week pre-paid blocks.
- Independent - After a certain level of Pilates experience, and clearance from our studio director, a person may workout on their own in scheduled time slots.
- Classes - Mat, cylinder, ball, and stretch classes are the perfect adjunct to sessions.
We recommend that you do Pilates two to three times a week. This can be all equipment or all classes or whatever variation suits your time, budget and personal preference.
