Springboards

What are springboards?
- Based on the same principles used with the pilates equipment - trapeze or cadillac
- Resistance training with springs
- Focus more on form with aid of springs
- Includes traditional pilates exercises with the addition of variations as enabled by the springs
What are the benefits?
- Taught by certified equipment teachers
- Will improve your Pilates mat performance
- Will offer variety to your 3-day-a-week Pilates workout schedule
- Will offer you the benefits of 1:6 teacher to student ratio
- Classes priced above mat classes but below other equipment sessions
Prerequisites?
- If you are currently taking mat classes AND have taken 5 or more mat classes, then you can take the SPRINGBOARD 1 classes.
- If have taken the Introductory Private Session, the New Client Special and are currently practicing Pilates on the equipment OR you have take 5 Springboard 1 classes, then you can take SPRINGBOARD LEVEL 2
- With mixed level 1 and 2 classes, you need to have taken at least 5 mat classes and know your modifications.
Reservations and Cancellations?
- Please preregister by calling the studio, stopping by the front desk or registering online. The class is limited to 6 participants.
- If 3 or fewer clients are pre-registered for a springboard class by 9am the previous morning, that class will be cancelled. All pre-registered clients will be notified of the cancellation. If you don’t hear from us then the class is on!
- We can put 4 people on our waitlist. Waitlist notifications happen via email unless specifically requested a phone confirmation.
- You must cancel 24 hours before the start of class or you will be charged for the class.
