PILATES MAT CLASS – FUNDAMENTALS
A series of safe floor movements based on the Pilates method with special attention to the needs of folks new or returning to Pilates. Monica calls this the “I See You” class as she will be offering personal feedback on your movement. Even over Zoom, she will be able to see you. Space is limited to 9 folks. Please pre-register.

MID DAY MEDITATION
*Followed by a more specific breathing patterns to support your intentions (Pranayama)
*Once you are physically settled, a guided meditation will ensue
*There will be a gentle come back so you can continue with your day and week, clearer and centered.
