Let’s take a day. Take the edge off. Learn how to find the calm within.
Join Monica and Alyson on an extended Zoom call. We will have time for a luxurious yoga practice to include chanting before, a restorative practice, pranayama (breath work) and meditation. We will have discussions of the history of Yoga, our sweet lineage, Samkhya philosophy, the Sutras, Ayurveda and more.
- After you register, we will send you some tips on how to prep for the day as well as a brief questionnaire for Monica to understand her students a little more. Yoga is about relationships and she will build the day with you in mind.
