Week 3: Fruit & Flowers – Allspice, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cayenne Pepper, Clove, Lavender, Saffron & Nutmeg
Week 4: Leaves & Grasses – Bay Leaf, Cilantro, Dill, Marjoram, Oregano, Parsley & Rosemary
