Our Saturday Dance Fitness Rotation continues with Barre Toning!
Join Heather at 10:10am this Saturday for a Barre Toning class. Barre Toning offers a full body work out using a combination of classical dance and pilates. This workout includes strengthening, toning, and cardio. This class will include the ballet barre, center work, and mat work. There is no dance experience necessary, only the love for movement.
