Our Saturday Dance Fitness Rotation continues with Belly Dance Fitness!
Join Kimberly at 10:10am this Saturday for her Belly Dance Fitness class. Belly Dance is a beautiful and ancient movement that transcends time and culture. The controlled moves of Belly Dance increase all-over body strength, posture, flexibility, balance, grace and confidence. Belly Dance Fitness will focus on dance-fitness through basic Belly Dance moves and combos. Students will get a thorough and fun heat-building workout, including stretching and strengthening exercises, while learning the exotic, beautiful moves of Belly Dance. No dance experience necessary.
