Our Saturday Dance Fitness Rotation begins with BollyFitness!
Join Shantha at 10:10am this Saturday for a BollyFitness class. A 50-minute Bollywood-inspired fitness class with dynamic choreography set to musical hits from around the world! Come to class in comfortable, stretchy clothing and be ready to move! Bollywood dance is typical done barefoot but feel free to wear shoes. No previous experience necessary. All are welcome!
