Our Saturday Dance Fitness Rotation continues with Cardio Toning Dance Fitness!
Join Heather at 10:20am this Saturday (after Power Flow Yoga if you’d like) for a Cardio Toning DanceFitness class. Similar to a Zumba class, we will do dances using repetitive dance moves that encompass the many styles of dance. This non-stop class will also include toning as well as stretching.
