Try Joseph Pilates’ Classical Mat repetoire!
Joseph Pilates’ classic repertoire is no joke! The bulk of these exercises could be summed up as, “core, core….spine, core…and, more core.” Get ready to sweat, say a friendly, ‘hello’ to muscles you didn’t know you had, and leave in awe of the creator who was far beyond his years. This class welcomes ALL levels of practice, as the classic repertoire offers up a challenge to every individual.
(Classic Pilates exercises are heavily influenced by spinal flexion, and may not be suitable to those with Osteopenia/perosis, or otherwise compromised spinal health where flexion may be discouraged.)
