Saturday Changes!
Our Saturday class line-up is changing starting this weekend. We hope you like!
- 8:10am – 9:00am • Sculpt & Tone
- 9:10am – 10:10am • Power Flow Yoga
- 9:10am – 10:00am • Pilates Mat Class – Begin/Intro
- 10:10am – 11:00am• Pilates Mat Class – Advanced
- 10:20am – 11:10am • Various Dance Fitness (begins September 9)
We are replacing the 8:10am Breath Centered Yoga with a 9:10am Power Flow Yoga class led by Angela. This is an active, athletic style of yoga that honors classic yoga while incorporating strength and endurance flows. Mindfulness and breath are still central as we layer on more upper body strength and dynamic balance.

10:20am Dance/Cardio Classes

We are excited to be offering a rotation of cardio classes on Saturdays at 10:20am beginning September 9th.
- The first Saturday of the month will be Belly Dance Fitness with Kimberly. This will begin in October on the 7th. Register Here
- The second Saturday of the month will be Bollywood with Shantha. Join her on September 9th. Register Here
- The third Saturday of the month will be Dance Cardio Toning with Heather. Join her on September 16th. Register Here
