Please join our rotation of yoga teachers on Saturdays from 9:10am to 10:00am
This class is designed to be deeply restorative. Whatever your source of stress or pain this class is simply a place to breath. Together we calm and nourish our nervous systems, helping our bodies reset into a place of healing while building immunity and resilience. Simple meditation techniques, pranayama (breathing), and gentle yoga postures will be taught. This is a safe space for all, no judgments, no expectations, no one turned away for lack of funds.
