October Springboard Series

Springboards are another amazing piece of the Pilates Equipment and we are very excited to be offering 4 week series of Springboard Classes.

Why try Springboard?

  • On the springboard, each limb works independently.  Most of us are stronger on one side.  Feel the difference immediately.
  • Springboards will give you an “open chain” workout so you have to work harder to stabilize and balance.
  • Springs are directly in front or behind the body.  The pull is more direct than on a reformer.
  • Springboard offers less support requiring more integrated control and body strength.

This is a fitness class and not intended for folks with physical limitations or challenges.  We recommend talking to your class or session teacher to find out if Springboard Classes are a good option for you.

Challenge your Fitness!

  • Sign up for 4 week series
  • $100. No make ups.
  • First meeting is mandatory
  • Must have 4 folks registered for the class to go
