Take Pilates and Yoga to a new level! Inspired by both Yoga and Pilates, PiYo is a high intensity, low impact full body workout designed to help strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility, and burn calories! This class features small sections of strength training, cardio, and flow: incorporating balance with dance inspired movement for all over body conditioning, using your own body weight and continuous movement. Be sure to bring water, a towel, and be ready to sweat!
