Springboards are another amazing piece of the Pilates Equipment and we are very excited to be offering 4 week series of Springboard Classes.
Why try Springboard?
- On the springboard, each limb works independently. Most of us are stronger on one side. Feel the difference immediately.
- Springboards will give you an “open chain” workout so you have to work harder to stabilize and balance.
- Springs are directly in front or behind the body. The pull is more direct than on a reformer.
- Springboard offers less support requiring more integrated control and body strength.
This is a fitness class and not intended for folks with physical limitations or challenges. We recommend talking to your class or session teacher to find out if Springboard Classes are a good option for you.

- Must have 4 folks registered for the class to go
