Join Stacey at 5:45am on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a Strength and Conditioning class. This class will emphasize constantly-varied, high-intensity functional movement. Work cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, maximizing performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity. This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. Injury prevention and efficiency in movements will be emphasized.

Time: 5:45am to 6:35am (stay for a Breath-centered yoga practice after, if you’d like)
