Here’s an opportunity to join a group of like minded folks to help and support you in meeting YOUR fitness goals. We’ll have weekly meetings. We’ll create a private facebook group where we can share encouragement and ideas. Britt is also going to post videos of at-home workout ideas. The purpose is to set an attainable goal and make it happen in your lifestyle. No supplements. No gimmicks. Making better food decisions and exercise choices. Britt offers a down-to-earth approach without “a whole lot of hungry”.

WEEK 1: Lets set a goal
Set your goal, make a plan. This week will go over the importance of meal planning, scheduling your work outs (pre-register for classes), and accountability.
Week 2: Cravings
What are you craving? Ice cream, brownies, cookies, lattes, what are healthier alternatives to our weaknesses. Eat This Not That, making healthier decisions but still feel satisfied.
Week 3: Cardio
Get your groove on! What exactly is cardio, and how often should you do it. Learn about the importance of cardio, and how you can incorporate it into your daily life.
Week 4: Recipe week
What have you been making? Finding recipes where you get more “bang for your buck”. Bring in what you’ve been eating, and share the wealth!
Week 5: What’s next?
Setting new goals, completing goals, and maintenance. After any weight loss program, there’s always a question of what’s next. This week we’ll discus the importance of maintenance, and if you chose to set a new goal, how to incorporate your new knowledge with your changing body.
