Are you ready to try Yoga?
Early mornings are an auspicious time to practice yoga and this one will guide you through a practice while explaining:
· Breath
· Sun Salutations
· Down Dog
· Up Dog
· The 6 movements of the spine
· Classical yoga posture sequencing
A sweet introduction to Yoga. A deeper understanding of your practice.
DATES: Mondays with Heidi AND Fridays with Clare
TIME: 6:45 to 8:00am (absolutely fine to leave early for work)
COST: Part of our regular class pricing or $15 drop-in.
