THURSDAY

• 9:10am Cardio Toning is now with Whitney
• Pre and Post Natal Yoga has moved to Thursdays at 4:10pm
• 6:10pm Zumba is now Bollywood Zumba with Uma!

SUNDAY

• 10:10am is now a Sculpt & Tone class with Megan
