With over 40 years working with clients to improve and enhance movement, Monica brings deep experience and broad expertise to the studio. She teaches the power of breath, a starting point for wellness that touches everything else. Her holistic approach incorporates Western and ancient methods of movement, healing, and joy.
Monica has practiced her own Pilates discipline for over 20 years and has been teaching teachers for over 15 years. Monica is a PMA Gold Member and highly certified in a range of practices, including Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pilates, and Group Fitness.
