Have you ever found yourself in this situation - you are so busy working on your business and taking care of your family and home that your self-care has been put on the back burner? Plus, maybe you have this past injury or chronic pain that you really don’t want to aggravate starting up some new exercise regime. My name is Alyson Dobbert and I’m one of the co-owners at Tone - your downtown Santa Rosa Pilates, Dance, Yoga studio. I’d love to introduce you to Pilates. I’ve begun calling Pilates the underwear of exercise, because you put on your Pilates first and then you can go do all of life that you want to do - your underwear of strength and flexibility securely in place. Tone offers appropriately challenging and motivating workouts in a beautiful space with kind, fun folks.
Here’s a super easy way to get started. Mondays at 6:30pm we have an Introduction to Pilates class. Your first class is free and after class we will help you craft an individualized plan to continue that can include a variety of movement modalities from working on our amazing Pilates equipment to yoga to cardio dance classes. Are you in acute pain or have more involved physical challenges? Reach out to me and I’ll get you scheduled for a private pilates session with a teacher - just $50.
Our sweet community and our beautiful nation is challenging us to be strong and flexible right now. We’d be honored to be your partner in finding your self-care path.
