Glossary

This section is special to me.

Sanskrit is a polysemic language, says my Yoga Teacher, Robert Birnberg , of 20+ years.  Polysemic means many meanings.  The meaning of the word or words is determined by the context in which it is used.  Therefore, the definitions I have written will be continually morphing since each learning and studying experience will release another nuance to consider.  One could easily AI this section with some great and lovely words.  I am committed to keep exploring the yumminess of this ever-evolving language practice in the study of Yoga through meaningful conversations with my teacher, my sangha, my students, my community.
