We are taking a 2 month break so in AUGUST - join the dynamic duo of Monica and Alyson for our old school dance party. We will be back with some old school choreo while bringing in new dances. We will bring back some old school songs and add some current grooves. We definitely back with the old school fun!!

Learn some choreo, laugh at ourselves and generally have a grand time at the beautiful Focus Forward Studio. $20 a pop! It’s happening the first Sunday of every month at 11am! We are so excited to dance with you!
