Yoga in the Wisdom Years

I am so excited about this upcoming workshop that I am presenting at the beautiful Moonlight Farm in Kenwood.

For the past 5 years I have participated in numerous workshops, seminars, courses from Professional Football coaches, fascial guru/geeks about longevity for athletes and the rest of us, Women Physicians from Stanford about Menopause, from Indian Yoga Therapists in our lineage, an Ayurvedist (a course specifically about 3rd stage of life), Robert who synthesizes his information through the lens of Positive psychology, yoga and his extensive reading. All these course were specifically about longevity health and wellbeing. I’ve read books by Dr. Attia, on women’s health and performance by Stacy Simms, Gabriel Lyons, and Andrew Huberman. And continue to work privately with my elderly Pilates clients, the eldest is now 92 and had the honor of helping others to transition to the other side.

This workshop is my synthesis of all this information and experience in the lens of yoga and my 72 years of life of passion for the human body and human spirit and my continued studies of Yoga. I’m presenting this information in the context of experiments that folks can run to find joy in our remaining years. This workshop is not just one way. It is a conversation and discussions where the participants can process some of their experiences that have become their tools for navigating this special time of life.

If you join me, you will come away with some ideas and morsels to share with your beloved students.

If you join me, you may find tools to navigate lifeeness for yourself and have some fun (we will be listening to music learning a line dance and playing with art.)

I hope, if you know of those who would enjoy community and meaningful discussions about this blessed time of life to encourage them to join me.

Please find more information and register here.
